UK Shipping

We charge a flat rate of £15 for anywhere in the UK. You should receive your delivery within 10 working days once we have processed your order. We aim to process all orders within 48 hours but as we are a small business and we hand-craft our frames to order, so there can sometimes be delays. If this is the case we will update you on progress from the workshop.

International shipping

International shipping rates are displayed at checkout. Unfortunately international shipping is currently incredibly expensive and so we are unable to include it in our pricing. However, we do offer express delivery which means that once we have processed your order you should receive it within seven working days.

WHAT IF MY ORDER WASN’T CORRECT?

If you need to make any alterations to your order, or you would like to cancel an order, please email customercare@mountcollective.co.uk and we will amend your order as soon as possible.

CAN I TRACK MY PARCEL?

Our logistics partner, APC, will send you updates on your order throughout its journey from our workshop to your door. You will also be able to track the package through their website and app, both of which will be detailed in emails you will receive from then once you have completed your order.
